Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM.

All properties are non-smoking and absolutely no pets allowed. Violation of this term may incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $150.00 minimum.

By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

To confirm your reservation a $220.00 deposit is required. $20.00 is a non-refundable booking fee and $200.00 will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. The final payment will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.

All rates are subject to a 13% state and local tax.

There is a one time cleaning fee for stays that are 5 nights or less.

PROPERTY PROTECTION FEE.  All reservations are subject to a non-refundable  $65.00 Property Protection fee.  The Property Protection Fee is a damage waiver that covers up to $400 for accidental or inadvertent damage in a vacation rental home. Intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. You will be asked to provide a credit card at check in to keep on file and this card will be used against any damages which exceed the $400.00 amount. 

DATE CHANGE REQUEST

ANY REQUEST TO CHANGE a confirmed reservation date is subject to availability, however, Florida Scandinavian will do its best to accommodate you whenever possible.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations received 30 days prior to your arrival date are refundable subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

Cancellations made within 30 days or less prior to the arrival date are ineligible for any form of reimbursement.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT

WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and TRAVELERS CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS. A personal check will be accepted only for those reservations made at least thirty (45) Days in advance.  Cash is also accepted at the time of check-in during normal business hours, for security deposit only.
